What is Insights Discovery?
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool, built on the psychology of Carl Jung, that helps people understand how they prefer to think, communicate and make decisions. Its simple, memorable four-colour model describes four colour energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. We all have all four, but each of us has a unique mix.
Every participant receives a personal profile showing the energies they lead with, the ones they use least and the strengths they bring to their team. There are no good or bad colours, just different ways of showing up.

What does it do?
Insights Discovery gives leaders and teams a shared language for talking about behaviour. People begin to see why some colleagues energise them, why others frustrate them, and how those differences can become a strength.
Leaders learn to adapt their style to the person in front of them, which leads to clearer communication, more honest conversations and stronger working relationships. Because the model is easy to remember, teams keep using that language long after the session ends.
